The city office of Airline Institute was declared open by Mr. S.B.S. Jacob, Station Manager, Air India on 23rd May 2013 at a function attended by top officials from Airlines, Airport Ground Handlers and IATA Travel Agents.

Airline Institute is a branch of Career Guidance Institute, providing a wide range of aviation related training programs. Airline Institute is situated in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram city, the capital of Kerala, otherwise known as God’s Own Country. Airline Institute’s mission is to train young people interested in joining the high profile airline industry in positions such as Air Hostess, Flight Steward, Passenger Services Agent, Ramp Handling Agent, Airline Reservations Agent, Customer Services Agent and other similar positions within an Airline.
Airline Institute’s Director is a travel professional with over 25 years’ international experience in a managerial position in airline sales, marketing, recruitment and training. He is supported by a team of IATA qualified and experienced Faculty. Airline Institute offers result oriented coaching for the above positions using an extensive library of the latest study materials including audio visual lessons and job orientation. We specialize in effectively preparing young people poised to enter the aviation job market. Years of relevant experience has gone into the creation of the Airline Passenger Services Diploma Course, to provide airline job aspirants with the skills they require to succeed at interviews and to excel at their jobs when selected.
